GESTÃO ESCOLAR E PROJETO POLÍTICO E PEDAGÓGICO: UMA REFLEXÃO SOBRE A INSTITUIÇÃO ESCOLA.

RESUMO

Este trabalho procura identificar situações e percepções acerca da união da equipe escolar dentro do processo de elaboração do projeto político pedagógico (PPP), e que para esse caso a escola se apresenta como o espaço que receberá os benefícios decididos nesse planejamento, acreditando que, em função de uma gestão democrática, com a participação da comunidade e de professores, haja garantias para que os processos educativos beneficiem a todos de forma geral. Portanto, é possível observar que a elaboração do Projeto Político Pedagógico se transforma nesse momento em uma grande oportunidade para a criação de um espaço de diálogos visando a busca de melhores caminhos que trilhem os rumos da instituição, sem deixar de lado as necessidades que a comunidade apresenta e a importante busca por soluções, que ao menos se façam minimizar, pela ação conjunta da equipe. Portanto, o papel do gestor é definido por suas pontuações e a sua função como mediador na construção de uma proposta pedagógica que atenda tanto a comunidade como também a escola como instituição a qual obedece uma hierarquia padronizada e controlada pelo Estado, concretizando a abertura de  espaço para as vivências e as percepções causando momentos de reflexão e dialogicidade, enfatizando que a construção de uma sociedade mais justa tem por obrigatoriedade ser democrática.

ABSTRACT

This paper tries to identify situations and perceptions about the union of the school team within the process of elaboration of the pedagogical political project (PPP), and that in this case the school presents itself as the space that will receive the benefits decided in this planning, believing that in Democratic management, with the participation of the community and teachers, there is a guarantee that educational processes will benefit everyone in general. Therefore, it is possible to observe that the elaboration of the Political Pedagogical Project becomes a great opportunity for the creation of a space of dialogues aiming at searching for better ways that will guide the institution's course, without neglecting the needs that the community Presents and the important search for solutions, that at least are made to minimize, by the joint action of the team. Therefore, the role of the manager is defined by his scores and his role as mediator in the construction of a pedagogical proposal that serves both the community and the school as an institution that obeys a hierarchy standardized and controlled by the State, concretizing the opening of space To the experiences and perceptions causing moments of reflection and dialogicity, emphasizing that the construction of a more just society has to be democratic.
